By accessing or using FidEx Logistics services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all users of our services, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

FidEx Logistics provides the following services:

• Domestic Express Shipping: Fast and reliable delivery within India
• International Shipping: Global delivery services to 220+ countries
• Freight Services: Air and sea freight for large shipments
• Package Tracking: Real-time tracking and status updates
• Customs Clearance: Assistance with international shipping regulations
• Warehousing: Secure storage and distribution services

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for all shipments
• Ensure all packages comply with shipping regulations
• Pay all applicable fees, taxes, and charges promptly
• Not use our services for illegal or prohibited items
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Follow all packaging and labeling requirements

• Hazardous materials (explosives, flammable liquids, gases)
• Illegal substances and controlled substances
• Weapons, firearms, and ammunition
• Perishable items requiring temperature control
• Live animals and plants
• Human remains and medical specimens
• Counterfeit goods and pirated materials
• Currency, cash, and negotiable instruments
• Pornographic materials
• Any items prohibited by local, national, or international law

Shipping Rates: Rates are based on weight, dimensions, destination, and service level selected.

Additional Charges: Fuel surcharges, customs duties, taxes, and special handling fees may apply.

Payment Terms: Payment must be received before shipment pickup unless credit terms have been established.

Price Changes: FidEx reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.

Refund Policy: Refunds are processed according to our refund policy and may be subject to administrative fees.

FidEx Logistics liability is limited as follows:

• Maximum liability for loss or damage is limited to the declared value of the shipment, not exceeding INR 1,000 per shipment unless additional insurance is purchased
• FidEx is not liable for consequential, indirect, or punitive damages
• FidEx is not liable for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, customs, or factors beyond our control
• Claims for loss or damage must be filed within 30 days of delivery
• FidEx is not responsible for the contents of packages we do not pack

Delivery Timeframes: Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to various factors.

Delivery Attempts: Multiple delivery attempts will be made. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.

Proof of Delivery: Signature or photographic proof may be obtained as evidence of delivery.

Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned to sender will be subject to return shipping charges.

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and intellectual property on the FidEx website and platform belong to FidEx Logistics or our licensors. You may not use, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute such content without our written permission.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

FidEx Logistics may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

Upon termination, your account and all associated data will be deleted permanently. We will retain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

FidEx Logistics reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

We will notify users of material changes via email or prominent notice on our website.

These Terms and Conditions are effective as of December 1, 2024, and will remain in effect until terminated.
